Robert Gibbs Says Gen. McChrystal Has “Made an Enormous Mistake”; Won’t Say Job Still Secure – Video 6/22/10

Here is video of White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs answering questions on President Obama’s reaction to Gen. Stanley McChrystal’s critical comments aimed at Obama, Vice-President Biden, and others. Gibbs said it is clear McChrystal has “made an enormous mistake,” and will now have to answer for it to the President. Gibbs would not say McChrystal’s job remains secure. “We’ll have to see” what comes out of his meeting with the President, Gibbs said.

Gibbs would not respond to whether the substance of McChrystal’s criticism was accurate or not.
