Here is video of Keith Olbermann and the Rev. Al Sharpton attacking Glenn Beck for the big rally he has planned on the Mall in Washington for August 28. The date happens to be the 47th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech. Sharpton said he and others “take offense” that Beck will rally on that day, and said Beck, Sarah Palin, and the Tea Party Movement actually stand for everything Martin Luther King was against. He claimed Beck “defends brutality,” although he gave no example or evidence of how that is the case.

Sharpton will hold a counter-rally in Washington on the same day, but in another location in Washington. He encouraged people not to confront Beck and those who gather with him in Washington. “Don’t give them energy,” Sharpton said. He closed by calling what Beck is doing, “a joke.”

Should be an interesting day.
