Obama: Next Two Years Will be About Implementation Rather than Constant Legislation – Video

Here is video of President Obama telling NBC News Anchor Brian Williams that his “next two years” as President will be a lot more about “implementation” and “management” rather than “constant legislation” that has characterized his first two years as President.

This may signal that Obama is resigning himself to the reality that he will not have the votes after the Midterm Elections to ram more legislation through Congress. Instead, he will focus on using the legislation he has already passed to “implement” ongoing aspects of his agenda.

He also told Williams he is not thinking about “a second term,” but is instead just thinking what he is going to do “next week.”
