Fox News Goes Inside the Building of the “Freedom Tower” and the September 11 Memorial – Video

Here is an outstanding video report by Fox News that takes us inside the work being done to build the National September 11 Memorial & Museum at Ground Zero, where the twin towers of the World Trade Center were destroyed in the terrorist attacks nearly nine years ago. The Memorial & Museum is scheduled to open on September 11, 2011, to mark the 10th Anniversary of 9/11. Four office buildings/towers will also be built, the tallest of which – the “Freedom Tower” – will rise 1,776 feet into the air.

It looks like what they are doing will be absolutely wonderful. The Memorial Plaza will feature two huge waterfall pools to “mark the Twin Towers original footprint.” They will be surrounded by 400 trees, and the names of all the victims will be there in front of you as well. A Museum will be built below the plaza.
