Update on Uncalled House Races: GOP Still at +62; Lead in Two of Remaining Four Races

As we approach Thanksgiving Week, there are still four 2010 Midterm U.S. House Races that remain uncalled. The GOP is holding at a net gain of +62 seats in the House, and lead in two of the remaining four races. However, in one of those races where the GOP leads, it has dwindled to only 30-votes. Here is the status of the remaining races:
Races Still Uncalled: NY-1, NY-25, CA-11, CA-20
Republicans Lead:
NY-1 = Republican Randy Altschuler leads incumbent Dem Rep. Tim Bishop. However, Altschuler’s lead is now down to just 30-votes with some absentee votes still remaining to be counted.
NY-25 = The GOP’s Ann Marie Buerkle continues to lead incumbent Dem Rep. Dan Maffei, but now by just 259-votes. There are still some absentee ballots to be counted.
Democrats Lead:
CA-11 = Incumbent Democrat Rep. Jerry McNerney leads Republican David Harmer by 1,700 votes. Despite the size of the deficit, Harmer has not yet conceded.
CA-20 = Incumbent Dem Rep. Jim Costa holds a lead of 2,422 votes over Republican Andy Vidak. Vidak has not conceded.
