Final Uncalled House Race Goes to the Democrats; Final GOP Net Gain in 2010 Midterms is +63

The final House Race from the 2010 Midterm Elections has been called for incumbent Democrat Rep. Tim Bishop in New York’s 1st Congressional District. Bishop triumphed over GOP challenger Randy Altschuler, who conceded defeat yesterday.

That leaves the final GOP net gain in the 2010 Midterm House Elections at +63. We had projected a 70-seat gain, missing it by seven.
