Here is video of Fox News’ Carl Cameron crediting GOP Sen. Orrin Hatch with being the “first person to call the individual mandate unconstitutional.” in the Senate over a year ago.

Somehow I think there were others who also thought of this. But it certainly appears to be the key to ending ObamaCare via the courts.
