Here is video of GOP Sen. Orrin Hatch speaking to a group at Utah State University where he bluntly called ObamaCare a “dumbass program.”

Hatch was arguing it is far better to allow states to work out their own solution to problems because every state has different demographics.

“It’s good to allow them to work out their own problems rather than do a one-size-fits-all, Federal Government, stupid, dumbass program. . . . It is really an awful piece of crap.”

He’s right!

Here is video of Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker today warning the 14 Democrat State Senators who have fled to Illinois that they must return and vote on the Governor’s “Budget Repair Bill” or there will be “dire consequences.”

Those consequences are layoffs of state workers, which Walker said would be necessary if they are unable to move forward with the budget bill. Walker said layoffs are the last thing he wants to do. But it will be unavoidable if the Democrats refuse to allow the budget process to move forward in order to deal with the state’s $3.6 Billion deficit.

Uh-oh. What happened to the Obama who was ready to put on a “comfortable pair of shoes” and walk that picket line?

Here is video of MSNBC’s Chuck Todd saying President Obama “does not want anything to do with Wisconsin.” In fact, Todd said it seems almost daily the Obama White House “ratchets back the rhetoric” on the situation there.

This won’t sit well with Obama’s buddy at MSNBC Ed Schultz who implored Obama to make a “road trip” to Wisconsin to stand in solidarity with the Unions there. Schultz said Obama did not deserve a 2nd Term as President if he failed to do so.

Here is video of Karl Rove saying President Obama is “way upside-down” in poll numbers on the public’s approval of his handling of the U.S. Economy and the issue of deficits.

Rove was commenting on a recent Rasmussen Poll showing President Obama’s leadership approval rating taking a huge drop from January to February – a 17 point swing.

Rove said he believes that drop is tied to Obama’s incredibly poor numbers on his handling of the U.S. Economy in a recent Gallup Poll – where only 36% approved of the job he is doing while 61% disapproved. On the issue of deficits, it’s even worse – 32% approve while 64% disapprove!

Rove said those two issues are likely to be right at the top of the voting public’s mind all the way through the 2012 Election.

Obama is in major trouble.

Police at the Wisconsin State Capitol decided last night not to force pro-Union protesters to leave the building, where they have been camped out now for two weeks. Protesters had been told they would have to vacate the building so it could be cleaned. But many of the pro-Union crowd refused to go, and police decided they would not forcibly remove them from the Capitol.

Gov. Scott Walker’s office reportedly declined to comment on the decision to allow the protesters to remain, but did say that Walker’s resolve to push forward with the “Budget Repair Bill” has not weakened in the face of the protests.

Here is video of Gov. Mike Huckabee on with Chris Wallace today where he said he believes President Obama’s refusal to enforce the “Defense of Marriage Act” (DOMA) is unconstitutional. Huckabee said it is a very strange precedent for a President to set that he will pick and choose what laws he is going to enforce.

After all – that is one of the primary responsibilities of the Chief Executive of the United States – to enforce the laws. If you don’t like the law, then change it using the constitutional process. But a President cannot just decide not to abide by the Constitution. Americans need to let Obama know that at the ballot box in 2012.

Here is video of Sen. John McCain reacting to a Rolling Stone claim that the U.S. Military used “psy-ops” (psychological operations) on U.S. Senators to manipulate them into providing more funding and support for the war effort.

McCain’s response?

“Well, you know that’s been tried on me before, David (David Gregory). . . . . Put me down as skeptical.”

McCain spent 5 1/2 years as a U.S. Prisoner of War in Vietnam where he endured repeated beatings and torture. He could have left early once the Vietnamese found out his father was an admiral. But he refused to go, adhering instead to code that prisoners should only leave in order of capture.
