Ron Paul Argues “No-Fly Zone” in Libya is an “Act of War”; Says Obama Needs Congressional Approval – Video 3/18/11

Here is video of Texas GOP Rep. Ron Paul arguing that the imposition of a “no-fly zone” over Libya is an “act of war,” and that President Obama should get Congress to declare war before committing U.S. Forces to the effort.

I don’t agree with Ron Paul on much when it comes to Foreign Policy. But it is interesting to note that former President George W. Bush did get Congressional approval for use of force prior to the Iraq War. Obama did not even ask Congress for a resolution to support use of force. He could easily have done that two or three weeks ago.
