Here is video of 2012 GOP Presidential Candidate playing keyboard for South Carolina Republicans Rep. Tim Scott and Henry McMaster as they sing a song for President Barack Obama: “Hit the Road, Jack.”

I’m not a fan of Huntsman.  I’m waaaayyy more conservative than he is.  But, last week he did an extended interview with Hugh Hewitt and he was quite impressive.  Strong command of the facts, eloquent, assertive, etc.

Again, he’s about my last choice, or near bottom,  as a GOP nominee choice, I don’t think he has a chance, but I have to say he gave a very impressive interview to HH.   Up to this point, though, his campaign has been a disaster.

Really, I find it amusing that Huntsman is singing a derogatory song about Obuma.  There really isn’t that much difference between the two politically.

Interesting information, Aquaviva. I have not really heard Huntsman in an interview like the one you describe. I do agree that the way he is running his campaign is a disaster.

I like Huntsman. I have done a lot of research, and he comes across as a great candidate for the presidency. David is absolutely wrong to suggest Obama and Huntsman agree politically, they don’t.

Things are not going to smoothly for the Huntsman, but the reasoning is very obvious.
    1. Low name id. He’s never been to a single presidential debate, and has spent the last two years out of the national media spotlight, and doesn’t make any national appearance.
    2. He worked for Obama. This is a big negative for him. Even though it was a non-partisan position, being associated with Obama is not something primary voters want to here.

Aquaviva, why is he very low on your list. He has the most presidential experience out of the entire GOP field. He was a governor, and served for four different presidents, ranging from U.S Ambassador to Trade representative to White House Staff assistant. Politically speaking, he’s pro-life, pro-traditional marriage, anti-gun control, pro-school vouchers, pro-tax cutter, pro-free trade, and sent in a balanced budget every year for Utah. In fact, when Huntsman was governor of Utah, the state was ranked 2nd in best states for business, and in 2008, Pew research center named Utah the best managed state in the country.
