Here is video of Gov. Mitt Romney today in Iowa refusing to take a question from CBS News reporter Norah O’Donnell while he was trying to walk and shake hands with voters at the Iowa State Fair. Romney told her he takes questions at press avails where he has time to express answers to questions in full, rather than doing so on the run.
