Dick Morris Assesses GOP Iowa Debate: Romney, Bachmann “Did Great”; Santorum “Distinguished Himself”; Huntsman “in the Wrong Party”; Pawlenty “Destroyed Himself”; Ron Paul “A Total Flake” – Video 8/11/11

Here is video of Dick Morris giving his assessment of the GOP Candidate performances last night in the Republican Debate held in Ames, Iowa.

Morris said he was greatly impressed with both Mitt Romney and Michele Bachmann and their ability to handle attacks with “humor, and grace, and dignity.”

He said he also felt Rick Santorum really distinguished himself, particularly in his standing up to Ron Paul on Iran. Morris said Ron Paul is “a total flake” for his belief Iran poses no real threat to the United States and the world if they get Nuclear Weapons.

Morris felt Newt Gingrich and Herman Cain did not really distinguish themselves, and he said Pawlenty absolutely “destroyed himself” with his attacks on Bachmann.

On Jon Huntsman, Morris said he is “in the wrong party.”
