Former Democrat Opponent on Running Against Gov. Rick Perry: “Running against Perry is like running against God. Everything breaks his way!”

Texas Monthly is out with a fascinating article about how Gov. Rick Perry’s Democrat opponents in past elections view him. Perry has never lost an election – winning all 10 elections he has been a part of. As you read through the article, it becomes clear that all of them confirm that whatever you think of Perry, he is a great campaigner who is relentless in getting his message across, tireless in making appearances and mingling with people, and a candidate who does not hurt himself by going off-message.

Democrat John Sharp, who ran against Perry in 1998 for Lt. Governor in Texas, had this startling description of what it is like to run against Rick Perry:

Running against Perry is like running against God. Everything breaks his way! Either he’s the luckiest guy in the world or the Lord is taking care of him. . . .” Read More

Democrats who claim they want to face Rick Perry should be careful what they wish for.

Of course God’s hand is with him. He is a christian and openly prays to the Lord and the is Blessing Him for that. Not like false religions like Obama ios part of that kill thier children and call it honor or ston, rape and beat women and are proud of that or how about hanging little boys 8 and 9 yrs. old. We pray to the one true God of Isreal and Democrats want to say Perry’s christian beliefs are strange. The muslim that Obama is believes they should cut off your head if you leave the mosque for another religion or DECLARES TO EXTREMINATE ISREAL and all INFIDELLS thats not strange. Boy! Our True God calls for us to love one another, turn the other cheak, honor and love and respect our wives as we would love the Lord God. He gives us free will to choose Him or not.WOW!!!! What a concept. I will be praying for Rick Perry and may God’s will be done. Thank you
