Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters on President Obama: “We Love the President, but We’re Getting Tired. . . Our People are Hurting. The Unemployment is Unconscionable.” – Video 8/16/11

Here is video of far-left Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters and other members of the Congressional Black Caucus meeting with people from the African-American community in Detroit. Waters told the crowd that – along with them – “we love the President.” But Waters said the caucus would put more pressure on Obama to focus on concerns of the black community if “you turn us loose.”

Waters complained that on Obama’s current bus tour, “he’s not in any black community.” She said the caucus loved Obama, “but we’re getting tired,” and said “our people are hurting. The unemployment is unconscionable.”

Waters is right that people are hurting, and “the unemployment is unconscionable.” Obama has succeeded in passing his biggest ideas – Stimulus, ObamaCare – and they have only made things worse.
