Mark Levin Interviews GOP Presidential Candidate Rick Santorum; Levin Praises Santorum for Taking On Ron Paul – Audio 8/18/11

Here is audio of Mark Levin interviewing GOP Presidential Candidate Rick Santorum on his radio program last night.

Santorum said it is President Obama’s policies that have gotten us into the economic mess we are in, and that his Left-wing ideology continues to drive his policies. Santorum predicted Obama’s anticipated “Jobs Plan” next month will be all about more Government spending and activity.

Santorum is running a bare-bones campaign that he describes as a “motor-scooter” rather than a “jet,” and he says he will have enough resources to keep going for the foreseeable future.

Levin praised Santorum for taking on Ron Paul in the last debate, particularly about confronting Paul on his claim that the U.S. is to blame for much of the hatred toward the U.S. in Islamic Nations. Santorum said, “They hate us not for what we do, but because of what we stand for.” Santorum said he had a lot of Ron Paul supporters come to him and say they were no longer going to support Paul after hearing of his Foreign Policy views during the debate.

Santorum said he would be spending most of his time in four states: Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and fundraising in Pennsylvania.
