A new Public Policy Polling survey finds Texas Gov. Rick Perry now leading in Iowa over Gov. Mitt Romney, 22%-19%. GOP Rep. Michele Bachmann places third at a close 18%.

This is the second straight poll since Perry entered the Presidential race to show him with a lead in Iowa.
