Here is complete video of Texas Gov. Rick Perry’s complete remarks this morning to the National Veterans of Foreign Wars meeting in San Antonio, Texas. He thanked all of America’s veterans and those serving in the military today. He went out of his way to give a special salute to the heroes of Vietnam.

Perry set out a doctrine of not sending U.S. Troops into battle without a plan to win and the resources to do so. He also said U.S. Troops should not be sent into harm’s way under the command of foreign commanders. “American troops should be led by American commanders.”
