Sarah Palin to Deliver Long-Awaited Speech at Iowa Tea Party Event – 9/3/11

Gov. Sarah Palin will speak today at a “Restoring America” Tea Party Event in Indianola, Iowa. She is slated to speak sometime around 1:15 PM CT, and is expected to use her speech to give a full defense of the Tea Party Movement. In weeks leading up to the speech, many people thought she was going to use it to announce her Presidential intentions. But more recent reports indicate she will not.

It will be interesting to see what she actually winds up doing. C-Span will carry the speech live, and will begin coverage of the rally at 11:00 AM ET. We’ll have video of the speech later today.
