Texas Gov. Rick Perry Surveys Wildfire Damage near Austin – Raw Video 9/6/11

Here is raw video of Texas Gov. Rick Perry surveying wildfire damage near Austin, Texas today. At least 57 wildfires have burned more than 1,000 homes, and killed two people. Most of the homes that have burned have been near the Capital City of Austin. The largest blaze near Austin is reportedly still out of control.

No word yet on whether Gov. Perry will be able to leave the state to take part in tomorrow’s GOP Presidential Debate at the Reagan Presidential Library.
