Here is complete video of President Obama’s long-awaited “Jobs Speech” to a Joint Session of Congress tonight. Obama offered a rehash of the same things he’s already tried to turn the U.S. Economy around. It will cost over $400 Billion, and Obama wants to push paying for off onto the Congressional “Super-committee” that has to come up with spending cuts by the end of the year.

Obama had his typical lecturing tone throughout, demanding passage of what he wants immediately.
