Fox News Sunday Panel Agree that Rick Perry Needs a Good Debate Performance on Tuesday to Restart His Campaign – Video 10/9/11

Here is video of the Fox News Sunday Panel discussing the 2012 GOP Nomination race. They all agreed that Texas Gov. Rick Perry must have a good debate on Tuesday, October 11 (on Bloomberg TV), to restart his campaign.

Bill Kristol pointed out that Romney has not yet been able to “make the sale,” although Kristol believes he probably will be able to eventually.

Interestingly, the panel believes Ron Paul is being underestimated, and they almost completely ignored Herman Cain despite his huge move up in recent days.

    I don’t look for Perry to give a solid debate performance. That isn’t his forte. But I’m not looking for the best debater—Obama is a great debater, and that hasn’t gone so well. I think he’s more of a conversationalist, and I’m looking for someone that has his feet on the ground, looks at realities, is solid in his/her core philosophy, and holds their ground. 

    In relations and negotiations, more often than not it’s the person who can converse that makes progress.
