Herman Cain has moved into a virtual tie with Mitt Romney in the 2012 GOP Presidential Nomination race, according to the latest Gallup Poll. It has been a stunning rise for Cain, who was at just 5% a couple of weeks ago.

While Cain has moved up in remarkable fashion, Texas Gov. Rick Perry has lost half of his support in the same time period.
