Rick Perry has released a new campaign video illustrating the ever changing positions of fellow GOP candidate Mitt Romney.

The ad highlights Romney’s flip flopping in regards to a Massachusetts healthcare law that he promoted as Governor.

The ad is very effective given the time allowed.
