Rick Perry Says He’s Not Worried about His Slide in the Polls; Says Americans Won’t Buy into Herman Cain’s “999 Plan” – Video 10/14/11

Here is video of Rick Perry on Fox & Friends today where he was asked about his recent slide in the polls. Perry said now is “not the time” to be worried about the polls, because they go up and down.

Perry was asked what he would do with illegal aliens already in the country. He refused to answer, instead saying that we must focus on securing the border, and only then “have that conversation” with Congress and the American people.

Perry joined his wife in attacking Herman Cain’s “999 Plan,” saying “it’s a catchy phrase,” but that Americans are “not going to buy into” a 9 percent national sales tax.
