DAILY CALLER: Donald Trump, the ”Celebrity Apprentice” host and GOP kingmaker — or queenmaker, perhaps — will join Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann on Monday for a nationwide tele-town hall, her campaign announced Saturday.
