Cain was speaking in Tennessee, and told the crowd that President Obama “is viewed as weak because he believes we can maintain our status in the world by singing ‘Kumbaya,’ and ‘Kumbaya’ is not a strategy.” Cain pledged to strengthen America’s military if elected President.
