Here is video of Herman Cain doing damage control tonight after the CNN Nevada Debate. Cain admitted his “misspoke” earlier in the day when he told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer he would consider negotiating with terrorists for the release captured U.S. Soldiers, should that situation present itself. Cain said tonight he had not clearly grasped the question and that his philosophy would be that the U.S. does not negotiate with terrorists.
