President Obama Announces Complete Withdrawal of U.S. Troops from Iraq by the End of 2011

President Obama is announcing today that all U.S. Troops will be out of Iraq by the end of this year:

CBS NEWS: President Obama will announce today the complete withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq. Mr. Obama was poised to address the status of U.S. forces in Iraq amid expectations of a full withdrawal by year’s end.
