Rick Perry Campaign Saying Perry May Skip Upcoming GOP Debates – Video 10/26/11

Here is video of Rick Perry’s Communications Director, Ray Sullivan, telling CNN’s John King that Perry will likely not participate in all the remaining GOP Presidential Debates. Sullivan said there are just too many debates pending for Perry to be able to do all of them and campaign the way he needs to in Iowa, New Hampshire and other states.

Perry’s debate performances have generally been less than stellar, but this is a huge miscalculation. Perry cannot skip the debates without looking like a coward now. He has dropped precipitously in the polls, and if he does skip future debates, he will be finished (IMHO).
