Here is audio of Anita Perry – wife of Texas Gov. Rick Perry – being interviewed by the American Family Association. She was asked about Perry’s debate performances. She said he has far less experience debating on the national stage most of the other candidates, and said she hopes voters will not focus on the fact “he forgot a word,” but will instead see that Perry is a “doer, not a talker.” She said that Perry may have forgotten a word in the debate, but he did remember their anniversary last week!
