Herman Cain: “Dr. Kissinger Turned My Offer Down to be Secretary of State” – Video 11/14/11

I can’t tell whether this was a joke by Herman Cain or not. In that now infamous interview with the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Cain was asked to name some of the people he would like to see become a part of a Cain Presidential Administration. He immediately said that Dr. Henry Kissinger “turned my offer down to be Secretary of State.” It’s being reported that he seriously offered Kissinger the job. Kissinger is nearly 90 years old.
