Karl Rove fires back at “Occupy” hecklers during a speech at Johns Hopkins University. Rove told the heckler that was trying to keep him from speaking to “stop acting like a fascist and start acting like an American.” He also called them “presumptuous” and “arrogant” for claiming to be “the 99%.”
