Two new polls confirm the rise of Newt Gingrich to the top of the GOP Presidential Nomination field. Gingrich leads in both polls, by one-point and two-points respectively. The Fox News Poll also shows Herman Cain falling to third place, with 15% support. That’s a 9-point drop for Cain and an 11-point rise for Gingrich in three weeks, when the previous Fox News Poll was conducted.

Just because these people are playing musical chairs, inre to “Who’s On Top”, doesn’t mean that any of them are worth two cents. I can’t believe, with all these contenders, that there isn’t one that can make a statement without sticking their foot in their mouths. It’s like they have to prep to make a statement, and STILL can’t get the info correct. I find it hard to understand why there isn’t another Reagan out there. I was so disappointed when Sarah decided not to run. The R’s really need to get b.o. OUT of the W.H., but I don’t, at this time, see anyone that is any more than a RINO, out there.

Just open your eyes a little wider.  Newt is the one.  Imagine a debate between him and Obama.  That’s the defenition of bloodbath.  If you are serious about wanting O out, then you will support Newt if he is the nominee, which he will be.

Because we’ve had a slew of Republican debates, don’t be fooled into thinking there will be one every week between Newt and Obama.  Voters will have to form their opinions on television ads, and Newt will be absolutely crucified. His past family life/affairs and divorces won’t compare favorably with Obama’s family life nor does Newt have a good story to tell about working both sides of the aisle with all the anger and partisanship he aroused. They’ll point out his work with Fannie and Freddie, being ousted as Speaker, lambasting Clinton for his affair while secretly having his own. There’s the pictures of him with Hillary working on climate change. The list goes on and on.  He’s got a long, colorful history and it would be a dream come true for the liberal media.
