Here is video of Herman Cain yesterday talking to the media about the state of his campaign. He indicated he is reassessing whether to continue his campaign or not in the wake of the most recent allegations against him. He was asked to characterize what his relationship has been with Ginger White, the woman who has alleged a 13-year affair with Cain. Cain responded by repeating his “999 Plan” and his commitment to a “Peace through Strength” Foreign Policy.
