11 UPDATED – Could be 12:30 PM ET when Cain Speaks

Herman Cain is to announce the future of his Presidential Campaign at 11:00 AM ET in Atlanta. Cain is expected to speak at what was to be the opening of a Campaign Headquarters. Speculation is rampant as to what he will announce. Last night, NBC News reported that a source close to Cain said he had decided to quit. But his campaign said no definite decision had been made as of last night. CNN and Fox News are planning to carry the announcement live.

UPDATE: CNN is now saying they hear Cain may not speak until 12:30 PM ET. They have heard he has left his home to head for the event, but now unclear when he will actually speak. . .
