Rush Limbaugh Slaps Down Caller Trying to Equate Ron Paul with the Tea Party Movement – Audio 12/6/11
Here is audio of Rush Limbaugh on his radio show reacting to a caller who said he was considering support for Ron Paul, seemingly equating Paul with the positions of the Tea Party Movement. Limbaugh just said flatly that “Ron Paul has nothing to do with the Tea Party.” In fact, Rush said “Ron Paul Foreign Policy has nothing to do with Tea Party Foreign Policy.” He specifically said “Ron Paul blames America” for the 9/11 attacks – something the Tea Party does not agree with.
Rush Limbaugh also pointed out that Ron Paul is running as a Republican now because he knows he cannot win the Presidency as a Libertarian or as part of a Third Party. Therefore, attacks on the two-party system go against what Paul is actually doing by running as part of the Republican Party.
