Michele Bachmann Reveals Attack to Knock Newt Gingrich Down; Calls Him a “Frugal Socialist” – Video 12/6/11

Here is video of Glenn Beck talking to GOP Presidential Candidate Michele Bachmann about Newt Gingrich, whom Bachmann actually called a “frugal socialist.”

Beck has made it clear he would vote for Michele Bachmann for the GOP Nomination (though he said it was not an endorsement), and seemed to agree (at least he did not disagree) with Bachmann’s characterization of Gingrich as a “frugal socialist” – someone who just wants to “manage socialism” rather than fundamentally change it.

Bachmann has shown herself to be eager to attack her opponents in hopes of building herself up. She certainly did that to Rick Perry with over-the-top attacks, and she now appears ready to do the same to Gingrich. Expect to see her trot out this “frugal socialist” attack in the next GOP Debate. She and others will be out to destroy Gingrich in the next two weeks because they know if they don’t, the race could get frozen in place over the Christmas / New Year’s Holidays just ahead of the January 3, 2012 Iowa Caucuses.

Now you can disagree with Newt Gingrich, but the idea of using the word “socialist” to describe someone who is the only person in the race to actually force balanced budgets at the Federal level is just ridiculous. But when candidates get desperate, they will resort to just about anything. Gingrich needs to be ready, because this shows the knives are definitely out for him in the next two weeks.
