Jon Meacham on MSNBC’s Morning Joe: Obama believes “the Country is Not Commensurate with His Gifts” – Video 12/12/11

Here is video from “Morning Joe” today where Left-leaning journalist and writer Jon Meacham summed up Barack Obama pretty well. He said that in the face of Obama’s inability to get things done with Congress right now, Obama does not believe he has failed the country, but rather that “the country is not commensurate with his gifts.”

That is exactly the superior attitude of Barack Obama. But the truth is that the U.S. Economy remains a disaster, not because Obama did not get what he wanted from Congress. In fact, during his first two years in office, Obama got just about EVERYTHING he wanted – and that’s the problem!!!! His Stimulus boondoggle and ObamaCare are disasters. The media is trying to create this impression that Obama has been stymied at every turn by an obstinate Congress. It’s just not true, and they know it.
