Here is video of former Vice-President Dick Cheney saying about Newt Gingrich in an interview yesterday, “I wouldn’t underestimate him.”
Cheney made clear he is not endorsing anyone in the GOP Primary, but reminded everyone that Gingrich said in 1978 when he was first elected to Congress, along with Dick Cheney, that Republicans could take control of the House – even though that had not happened since the 1940′s. But Gingrich was “persistent” and “tenacious” and brought it about in 1994.
