Here is video of Mike Huckabee – the 2008 winner of the GOP Iowa Caucuses – giving his view on who is going to win the 2012 Iowa Caucuses just over one week from now, on January 3, 2012.

Huckabee essentially said if the weather is good, expect Mitt Romney to win. But if the weather is bad, Ron Paul is likely to be the winner.

Huckabee’s surprise candidate? Rick Santorum – not necessarily to win, but to finish in the top 3 or 4.
