New Michele Bachmann Ad Compares Her to the Great British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher – Video 1/2/12

Here is Michele Bachmann’s latest campaign ad that continues her theme of comparing herself to the great British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. Bachmann has been doing this a lot lately, and the ad, while not verbally making the comparison, includes an inset picture of Thatcher, and the word’s “America’s Iron Lady” as a title for Bachmann.

Her campaign obviously believes this is a good strategy. I think it is a mistake to do this. I mean, who goes around comparing himself or herself to George Washington, or Abraham Lincoln? If the comparisons are going to be made, better to let others say they see these qualities in you.
