Rick Santorum Reacts to Alan Colmes Attack that Used the Death of His Infant Son; Says Colmes Called and Apologized – Video 1/2/12

Here is video of Rick Santorum talking to Sean Hannity tonight about the crass political attack against him by liberal Alan Colmes earlier today that used the death of Santorum’s infant son, Gabriel. Colmes mocked the Santorums for taking their son home for several hours after the death so their other children could see their brother. Santorum explained to Hannity they essentially took him home to have a family “funeral” service for him.

Santorum did confirm that Colmes had called to apologize, and the Santorums accepted the apology, noting that “we all say stupid things” sometimes.

Santorum is a throughly decent man. And I really do hope, as a bereaved mother myself, that he lost all sense of decency when that disgraceful lout Colmes called him in order to save his sorry a@s.

to me Clomes is a nobody, his words carry no weight as in nobody listens to him. don’t go away mad Clomes, just go away.
