A Norwegian Blasts Americans for Laughing at their “Butter Crisis” – Viral Video

Just when you were concerned about who would win the Iowa Caucuses, or were thinking about the specter of Iran obtaining Nuclear Weapons, onto the scene bursts the “Norwegian Butter Crisis!”

Apparently, there’s been a run on butter in Norway because of a fad diet there that urges people to eat butter (according to SNL and MSNBC)! So, as Christmas approached, there was a shortage of butter in the country. American comedians mocked the situation, and that brought on this YouTube video that has gone viral, with a Norweigan giving Americans “what-for” for thinking a butter shortage is a laughing matter. (WARNING: There are a couple of bad language spots in the video).
