Here is video of Gov. Mitt Romney speaking to his supporters in Iowa tonight, where he congratulated Rick Santorum on a great “victory,” even though it appears he and Santorum will finish in a virtual tie in a truly unbelievably close race for the Iowa Caucuses. As I post this speech, it’s down to one precinct in Clinton County, and possible undercounting of Mitt Romney votes in two Story County precincts. Santorum leads by 4 votes at the moment, but it is not clear whether that will hold up. Essentially, it’s a tie.
