Rick Santorum on “The O’Reilly Factor” Says He “Will Do Surprisingly Well” in Upcoming New Hampshire Primary – Video 1/4/12

Here is video of Rick Santorum entering “The No-Spin Zone” with Bill O’Reilly yesterday. He had not previously been invited onto the program as a Presidential Candidate because he had not done well enough in the polls. But after finishing in a virtual tie in Iowa – there he was on “The Factor.”

Santorum said he thinks he will “do surprisingly well” in the New Hampshire Primary next Tuesday, January 10. He added he was not predicting a win – “or anything close to it” – but believes he will be able to undecided voters and loosely committed voters for Romney to his side.

O’Reilly asked Santorum if he is “ready to be demonized” nationally, now that he is at the top of the GOP pack. O’Reilly asked Santorum about his views on “contraception,” which Santorum explained he does not want to make contraception illegal – though, as a Catholic, he does not personally believe it is right to use it. O’Reilly said the attacks on Santorum will try to paint him “as an extremist.”

Santorum corrected Bill that he did not use the word “black” in saying that he does not want to take money away from some people and give it to others in entitlement programs.
