Rick Santorum Stands Up for Traditional Marriage in Exchange with New Hampshire Students – Video 1/5/12

Here is video of Rick Santorum today in New Hampshire getting into a contentious exchange with college students about his stance in favor of upholding traditional marriage. The students tried to go after Santorum on the grounds that everyone has a right to be happy, and therefore, two men should be able to marry. Santorum asked the student then why wouldn’t three men have the right to marry if that made them “happy.” Santorum stands strong for the view that every person has the right to get married – they just have to marry one person of the opposite sex – because that is what marriage is! Santorum believes two men, or more, have the right to live together, but not to call that “marriage” – because marriage is the union of one man with one woman.
