Candidate Barack Obama Promised in 2008 NOT to Use “Signing Statements” as President – Video 2008

More of that “Hope & Change” from Barack Obama. Actually, it’s called, “lying.”

Here is video of then-candidate Barack Obama in October of 2008 directly promising not to use “signing statements” as President to do “an end-run around Congress.” In fact, he not only promised not to do so, he explained the whole system of checks and balances in our Constitution as a reason why he would not do it! But, of course, now that he is President – it’s okay to get his way.

HotAirPundit found this video, and he has one from last night of Obama minion Bill Burton saying that Obama “never promised” not to use signing statements, even though – as you see from the video above – he certainly did.
