Here is video of former GOP Presidential Candidate Herman Cain on MSNBC today where he said he will be making an “unconventional” endorsement on January 19 – just two days ahead of the January 21 South Carolina Primary.

Cain repeatedly emphasized that it would be an “unconventional” endorsement – so that may mean not an endorsement of a candidate. Who knows with Herman! He may endorse his “999 Plan!”
