Rudy Giuliani Slams Newt Gingrich for Bain Capital Anti-Romney Attacks: “What the Hell are You Doing, Newt? I Expect this from Saul Alinsky, Newt!” – Video 1/12/12

Here is video of former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani on Fox & Friends today where he was very blunt in slamming Newt Gingrich and Rick Perry for their attacks on Mitt Romney over his time at Bain Capital.

Giuliani said he “has a very strong inclination for Newt,” but said he is “shocked at what they’re doing” to Romney. Giuliani said, “It’s ignorant. It’s dumb.”

Giuliani was asked what he would say to Newt on the phone right now. He was not bashful:

“What the hell are you doing, Newt? I expect this from Saul Alinsky, Newt. This is what Saul Alinsky taught Barack Obama, and the stuff you are saying is one of the reasons we’re in the trouble we’re in right now. This totally ignorant, populist view of the economy that was proven to be incorrect with the Soviet Union, with Chinese Communism. . .”
