A second new poll now shows Newt Gingrich with the lead over Mitt Romney in South Carolina. Rasmussen joins Insider Advantage in showing the Gingrich surge in the wake of Monday’s GOP Debate. Rasmussen now has Gingrich up 33%-31%, with Rick Santorum dropping to 11%.
